This program will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to deepen your practice and share your meditation, whether through teaching or by living your life with a renewed sense of presence and purpose.

The world is waiting for you.

This 200 Hour/300 Hour Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) has been consciously developed to provide the principles and methodologies of various meditation styles with a heavy focus on mindfulness and yogic meditation. Study will include history, theory, and practice as well as proper techniques for sitting, self-care and teaching methodologies.

Upon completion, you will have the practical and theoretical knowledge to incorporate meditation into your personal life, professional teaching, or clinical practice.

This training is offered in 50 hour modules that can be taken individually as immersions or collectively to make up the 200 Hour or 300 Hour MTT. The MTT is designed so that you may start with any module (with the exception of the Retreat Module) and work through the modules in a consecutive manner. Modules must be taken in consecutive order to apply to the MTT Program. Signing up for the entire 300 hour MTT Program unlocks the greatest value.

Take Your Practice to New Depths and Discover the Teacher Within

Going on “Retreat” is a word in the vocabulary of most serious meditators. In this context, it means to pull back, get inspired, become spacious, detox, and find your people. Space will also be held for you to practice teaching meditation within a group setting and to receive feedback from your peers and teachers.

*The cost of meals and accommodations for the retreat are not included in the price of the training.*
