What is your refund policy?

  • Drop in Passes: Non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable

    • 10 Drop-in Passes: 1 year expiry

    • 20 Drop-in Passes: 2 year expiry

  • Workshops and Registered Classes: Non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Studio credit with very extenuating circumstances.

  • Store Purchases: Exchange only within 14 days and with original receipt.

  • Teacher Trainings have their own policies. Please refer to the Teacher Training pages for details.

Do you have to be flexible to do yoga?

Absolutely not! The beauty of yoga is that it is accessible for EVERYBODY! Saying that, not every yoga class is perfect for every body.  Please note that if you have previous injuries or limitations, call the studio and we will find the best class to suit your body.

Is there an age limit to who can do yoga?

Heck no! Our clients range from 12 - 90 years old! If you can walk down and up our stairs - you can do yoga! Children under 18 must be with a parent or guardian and a waiver must be signed.

What do I wear to do yoga?

Whatever is comfortable for you to move around in! We aren't a hot studio so no need to worry about overheating.  Whatever you do, don't get hung up on clothes.  Yoga isn't about how you look; it is about how you feel.

Do I have to become a vegetarian and drink wheatgrass to come?

Only if you want! The only prerequisite is that you show up. Show up with an open heart, mind and body and see what happens. The beauty of yoga is that it is all about what you choose to do on and off your mat that counts. 

But it is best not to have a burger, fries and beer then come to yoga.  You might not feel too good! Try to have a moderately empty stomach and ensure you are well hydrated before and after class.

Can I store my mat?

Yes! We are excited to offer our members the convenience of mat storage! We are happy to take one more thing off of your to-do list. Just show up for class, grab your mat from your designated rack, enjoy your practice and then leave your mat back in your spot for next class! We have a limited number of in-demand spots available to our members. 

How it works:​

  • Email to secure your spot.

  • All mat spaces are numbered with a number assigned to you.

  • When you come to class, grab your mat from your designated rack!

  • Mat storage is free for our members on monthly auto pay or 1 year memberships.

Can I put my auto-pay membership on hold?

Yes! Hold your auto-pay membership as often as you want and save your rate!


How it works:

  • Email to let us know you would like to put your membership on hold.

  • Holds are available from 1 to 3 months.

  • The auto-pay withdrawal date will be moved by the amount of days your membership is put on hold.

  • Holds cannot be made retroactive.

  • Mat storage is not included during hold periods.

  • Please note that 1 year unlimited memberships cannot be put on hold.
