In a modern world that has become increasingly busy and stressful, the ancient tradition of meditation is finding popularity again as a remedy that brings balance, health and happiness.

The ancient Tibetan YungDrung Bön Buddhist tradition is Tibet's oldest spiritual tradition. It is a spiritual practice that predates Buddhism but merged with it upon the arrival of Padmasambava to Tibet.  For centuries the Bön dzogchen teachings were kept secret, accessible only to a very few.

In this transformational course taught by meditation master and Tibetan Lama, Geshe YongDong, you will learn the history of Tibetan Bön Buddhism, the foundations and purpose of meditation, the philosophy of the mind, and how to build a strong practice to transform your life. You will also learn how to teach an effective meditation class. Join us on this journey from the mind to the heart.

THIS MODULE CAN BE TAKEN IN STUDIO OR VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM. IN STUDIO SPOTS ARE LIMITED SO PLEASE CONTACT US TO LET US KNOW WHICH OPTION YOU PREFER.
