Here's All You Need to Know
STEP 1: TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR INTRODUCTORY OFFER
STEP 2: WE’LL CHECK IN WITH YOU
As you settle into your first two weeks, a member of our team will reach out around the halfway point to connect.
We’ll have a heart to heart about how your experience has been so far, your goals, and any limitations you’d like us to be aware of (such as injuries or recent surgery). This check-in helps us support your safety, keep you feeling accountable, and guide you toward the classes that are the best fit for you.
STEP 3: REGISTER FOR CLASS
Generally, pre-registering for your classes is recommended and will guarantee your spot.
All of our drop-in classes are offered in a hybrid format.
When registering, please be mindful to select either [In Studio] or [Virtual], depending on how you plan to attend. If you’re joining us in person, be sure to book the correct location, either Marda Loop or Bowness.
STEP 4: PLAN WHAT TO BRING
Wear whatever is comfortable for you to move around in. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
We have spring water available.
We’ll check you in, introduce you to your teacher and get you oriented to the space with time to spare for you to roll out your mat, get some props, fill your water bottle and get settled.
If you need some grounding after class, help yourself to some complimentary tea in our community space.
