With a growing demand for older adult yoga, this comprehensive training provides essential knowledge and skills to safely guide students in age-diverse classes. If you are not a yoga teacher, this training can help build body awareness and provide you with practical tools to safely develop a home practice and/or feel confident modifying your practice within a class environment.
This training covers age-related physical changes, modifications, balance and strength support, injury prevention, and mindful movement practices.
