Rooted in yogic wisdom and supported by modern psychology and neuroscience, this training guides participants into the evolving landscape where contemplative practice and trauma-aware approaches meet. Through embodied learning, reflective discussion, and experiential exploration, students cultivate the steadiness, presence, and compassion needed to support others with integrity and attunement. This training is approved for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (CE) credit,
and members may count these hours toward their CE requirements.
