Meditation Drop-In Classes

 

Drop-in meditation classes are free, taught by some of our senior teachers, and designed for beginners to advanced students. We meet you where you are. Providing a space to sit with our community is what keeps us connected.  Pre-registration for drop-in classes is encouraged to ensure your spot. Drop-in classes are first come first serve.

We offer a wide variety of meditation classes. See below for class descriptions. 

 

FREE Meditation with Sherry

 

Join us for a weekly 30 minute meditation drop-in. Each session will include tips and suggestions for exploring a silent meditation. All levels welcome. 
 
Recommended Props:
Blankets, bolster (pillow), meditation cushion (what ever you need to sit comfortably)

FREE Beginners Meditation with Daemond

Start your Monday off on the right note with this meditation practice suited for all levels, even beginners. Some guidance will be given to support your practice. Each week will be unique drawing from the many aspects of meditation as taught to me by my teachers. Meditating in community will add extra depth to our practice.

 

Recommended Props:
Please gather what you need to be comfortable, like bolsters, blocks and a mat.

FREE Meditation with Leslie

All are welcome to come and sit together during this silent meditation period. Some guidance will be given to support the development of mindfulness and loving-kindness. The practice of mindfulness supports increasing freedom from stress and a peace that is not dependent on changing conditions.

Recommended Props:

Everything you need to be comfortable, like bolsters and mats.

FREE Meditation with Anne

Come take some time mid week to come and sit together during this meditation period. Some guidance will be given each session to help support your practice & the development of mindfulness. Options will be given to use sound/mantra or silence during our time together. All levels welcome.

FREE Meditation with Laurie

Join Laurie Thursday mornings to welcome the day with Kundalini yoga using pranayam and meditation. The half hour class will focus on energizing the mind and body preparing you for the day ahead.


Recommended Props:

Meditation pillow, yoga mat or chair, whatever you need to sit comfortably, and a blanket.
