STUDIO POLICIES

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • We do not offer refunds on Drop-ins, Class Passes, Memberships, Workshops, Registered Classes or Retail.

  • Drop-ins, Class Passes, Memberships, Workshops and Registered Classes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

  • Studio credit only with very extenuating circumstances for Workshops and Registered Classes.

  • Store purchases may be exchanged within 14 days and with original receipt.

  • Trainings and Retreats have their own policies. Please refer to the individual Training and Retreat pages for details.

  • Private Sessions have their own policies. Please refer to the Private Sessions page for details.

Please make clear, grounded and coherent decisions to invest in yourself. Trust your inner compass and feel that full body YES prior to committing to an opportunity. You are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results.

NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We have a 2 hour cancellation policy for drop-in yoga classes. Late Cancels result in the loss of your class pass. 

 

MAT STORAGE POLICY

We are excited to offer our members the convenience of free mat storage! We are happy to take one more thing off of your to-do list. Just show up for class, grab your mat from your designated rack, enjoy your practice and then leave your mat back in your spot for next class! We have a limited number of in-demand spots available to our members. 


How it works:​

  • Email info@yogamcc.com to secure your spot.

  • All mat spaces are numbered with a number assigned to you.

  • Mat storage is free for our members on monthly auto pay or 1 year memberships.

HOLDS ON AUTO-PAY MEMBERSHIPS

Hold your auto-pay membership and save your rate!

 

How it works:

  • Email info@yogamcc.com to let us know you would like to put your membership on hold with a start and end date.

  • Holds are available from 1 to 3 months.

  • The auto-pay withdrawal date will be moved by the amount of days your membership is put on hold.

  • Holds cannot be made retroactive.

  • Please note that 1 year unlimited memberships cannot be put on hold.

EXPIRATION POLICY

  • 10 Drop-in Passes expire 1 year from purchase date.

  • 20 Drop-in Passes expire 2 years from purchase date.

  • Workshops are valid only for the date purchased.

  • Registered classes are valid for the duration of the series.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY

  • YogaMcc is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please ensure valuables are locked in a complimentary locker. Bring your own lock.

  • Yoga mats stored in mat storage are left at your own risk.

  • Lost & found items will be kept for 1 month, after which they will be donated.

STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class.

  • Please leave your cellphone out of the studio and on silent.

  • We have yoga mats and all other props available to borrow.

  • You are responsible for booking and cancelling your classes if you cannot make it.

  • Please do not attend class if you are sick.

  • We have zero tolerance for abusive and discriminatory language and action toward our staff or clients

FAQ

 

Do you have to be flexible to do yoga?

Absolutely not! The beauty of yoga is that it is accessible for EVERYBODY! Saying that, not every yoga class is perfect for every body.  Please note that if you have previous injuries or limitations, call the studio and we will find the best class to suit your body.

Is there an age limit to who can do yoga?

Heck no! Our clients range from 12 - 90 years old! If you can walk down and up our stairs - you can do yoga! Children under 18 must be with a parent or guardian and a waiver must be signed.

What do I wear to do yoga?

Whatever is comfortable for you to move around in! We aren't a hot studio so no need to worry about overheating.  Whatever you do, don't get hung up on clothes.  Yoga isn't about how you look; it is about how you feel.
