Critical Alignment Yoga is a practice designed to counteract the strain and tension caused by our modern, forward-reaching lifestyles—think hours spent at desks, looking at screens, or carrying heavy bags. By focusing on restoring balance and alignment in the body, this method uses targeted exercises and props to release deep muscle tension, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Through mindful movement and awareness, Critical Alignment Yoga helps undo the effects of poor posture and repetitive strain, allowing you to move more freely, breathe deeply, and feel better in your everyday life.

This training is approved for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (CE) credit,

and members may count these hours toward their CE requirements.

Working with the soft props of the black strap and rolled felt pad we will release tension in the upper back, neck, shoulders, low back and hips.
