PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal Yoga is a nurturing weekly practice created to support you through pregnancy while deepening your connection with your growing baby. This registered series offers a grounded, thoughtful approach to movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you feel strong, steady, and supported.

This class creates space for both physical preparation and emotional connection, while also offering the opportunity to meet others walking a similar path.

This series supports you to:

  • Build strength, stability, and flexibility for pregnancy and birth

  • Develop breath awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Prepare your body and mind for postpartum

  • Connect with a supportive prenatal community

BABY & ME YOGA

Baby & Me Yoga is a supportive weekly practice designed for the postpartum period. This class honours both your physical recovery and the emotional transition into parenthood, while creating space for connection with your baby and other parents.

This class welcomes both you and your baby into a warm, inclusive space.

​

This series is designed to:

  • Rebuild strength in areas most impacted postpartum

  • Support pelvic floor and deep core stability

  • Release tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back

  • Support mental and emotional wellbeing through breath and relaxation

  • Cultivate meaningful connection with other parent

  • Babies are welcome from 6 weeks up to crawling

Breanna Morandi is a mama to two and offers a heart led, deeply nurturing approach to teaching. Her classes are grounded in attentive alignment, mindful movement, breath, and meditation, while honouring the wisdom of each body. Informed by her lived experience of motherhood, Breanna creates supportive spaces where students feel safe to listen inward and move with care and confidence. Her teaching reflects a deep respect for yoga as a practice of presence, connection, and everyday life.
