PRENATAL YOGA
Prenatal Yoga is a nurturing weekly practice created to support you through pregnancy while deepening your connection with your growing baby. This registered series offers a grounded, thoughtful approach to movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you feel strong, steady, and supported.

This class creates space for both physical preparation and emotional connection, while also offering the opportunity to meet others walking a similar path.

Program Details

Breanna Morandi is a mama to two and offers a heart led, deeply nurturing approach to teaching. Her classes are grounded in attentive alignment, mindful movement, breath, and meditation, while honouring the wisdom of each body. Informed by her lived experience of motherhood, Breanna creates supportive spaces where students feel safe to listen inward and move with care and confidence. Her teaching reflects a deep respect for yoga as a practice of presence, connection, and everyday life.
