With our re-opening on June 12 you are going to see most of our classes will be offered as hybrid classes. What does hybrid mean? It means you get to take your same favourite classes either from the comfort of your home or at our studio, you choose what suits you best. It has always been one of our core principals at YogaMCC to meet our students where they are at and we are committed to continue doing that. You will see these classes identified by [In Studio] or [Virtual] on our website and MindBody. Please read this new information about our new protocols before coming back to the studio.

ONLINE CLASS DISCLAIMER: Yoga is for everyone, however, when taking online classes it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you are pregnant or suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician before starting a new yoga practice. The practice of yoga requires that the practitioner gauge the safety of their practice within their personal physical limitations.
