YogaMcc is honoured to announce our new 50 Hr Yoga Nidra Certification Training with 3 of our senior teachers and trainers, Anne, Bridgette and George.

This is Level 2 of the 100 Hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training and runs over a period of six months. Level 2 includes a mentorship with one of the Senior Teacher Trainers. It is designed for those who wish to deepen into the full horizon of healing and wellbeing that Yoga Nidra has to offer, and share it with others. Information on Level 1 can be found here.

The commitment to complete all the certification requirements.
Completion of Level 1: the 50 Hour Yoga Nidra MTT Module at YogaMcc.

Certification

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Attendance of all the live classes. If a student misses a live class, they have the option to make it up with one of the teachers for the cost of $150.
Maintenance of a Yoga Nidra journal which includes:
- submit a minimum of 10 journal entires of ‘received’ Nidra sessions with us or other teachers
  - must include observations of length of practice, themes present, elements of Nidra, language usage, lineage
- submit a minimum of 10 journal entires of ‘offered’ Nidra sessions
  - to include intention of practice, experience of realization of intention, description of ‘audience’
Creation of 3 scripts
- for a specific population (e.g. insomnia, stress)
- a general Nidra with all elements
- for an individual
Nidra project - delve into an aspect of Yoga Nidra in the world. Some suggestions:
- Design a session of Yoga Nidra for 6 number of weeks
- Write an essay, or poem or artistic presentation of the place of Yoga Nidra in today’s world
- Do a case study of the experience of teaching Yoga Nidra over 6 number of sessions
- Book report
Meeting with mentor (3 hours)
- Options for Mentor Meetings: 3 hours for each student with a mentor to review:
  - Script feedback
  - Journal Feedback
  - Yoga Nidra Project: present to the mentor and then to the mentor group

PAYMENT PLAN

Pay a $300 deposit, then pay the remainder before or on the first day of class. Email info@yogamcc.com for payment plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds (minus a $300 Administration Fee) are available up to 14 days before the starting date. Send your written cancellation notification to info@yogamcc.com. No refunds on or after the day the training begins. Deposits are non-refundable.
